The project “Social Housing Pompeo Leoni” sponsored by Compagnia delle Opere (www.cdo.org) has been officially presented to the public last week in Milan. Antonio Intiglietta, Chairman of Compagnia dell’Abitare, gave the opening speech at the conference showing how an abandoned area in the city has been reconverted thanks to this project and the collaboration between the Public Administration and players from the social sector. Among the speakers there were also Aldo Mazzocco, CEO of Beni Stabili SpA SIIQ, which has launched and manages the first regional social housing fund, and Carlo Masseroli, Councilor for the Territory Development of the city of Milan.
