The first half of 2011 in the Italian investment market continued the market trends established in the first half of 2009 and over 2010. There have been no significant changes in the market over the past three years, either in terms of statistics or main trends: difficulty in obtaining funds, low foreign investment levels and interest mainly in lower risk assets.
