The decline in activity of the Rome office market highlighted in Q3 has been much more pronounced in Q4 with a quarterly volume of transactions around 16,500 sq m, its lowest level since 2009. However the office market ended the year with a performance of 169,500 sq m, well above its annual average recorded between 2003 and 2010, around 120,000 sqm.
