The Fondo Immobiliare Pubblico Regione Siciliana, a seeded fund of public assets managed by Prelios Sgr, received the Italy Fund Award at IPD European Property Investment Awards 2012. The public fund was the winner for the category ‘specialist fund’, as it presents the highest real estate investment performance in the last three years. Regione Sicilia holds 35% of the fund.
