IDeA Fimit SGR has signed the agreement to acquire and consequently manage Duemme’s eight property funds SGR representing 60 buildings with a value of around Euro 560 mn. Duemme sgr is an asset management unit of Gruppo Banca Esperia, which is controlled by Mediobanca and Mediolanum, with an AUM of around Euro 13.6 bn. The strategic acquisition will increase IDeA FIMIT sgr portfolio, thus exceeding the Euro 10 bn AUM threshold, with 31 property funds under management.
