According to the magazine Il Mondo, IDeA Fimit Sgr is finalising its offer for Santa Giulia in Milan, backed up by the creditor banks of Risanamento. Massimo Brunelli, Managing Director of IDeA Fimit Sgr, is working on the deal, aiming at participating in the development and renovation projects of urban areas. IDeA Fimit Sgr currently manages Euro 10 bn assets and 24 real estate funds.
