Igd Siiq, a leading player in the Italian retail real estate sector and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces that Winmarkt – the Group’s Romanian subsidiary – has reached an agreement with Hennes & Mauritz for the opening in spring 2013 of an H&M store in its freehold shopping center located in the main square of the city of Buzau. The store – spread out over two floors – will cover a total area of 1,510 m2. The agreement marks the first step toward possible future collaborative efforts to introduce the successful international fashion brand in the city center of the different midsize Romanian cities where the Winmarkt Shopping Centers are located.
