According to Immobiliare.it confidence index in real estate, 74% of Italians think that it is not the right time to sell: to avoid selling-off it is better to hold on tight what you already own. Alongside this trend, the propensity to buy has increased, from 45% to 49% in April, up to 52% in July, meaning that 52% of Italians think that, despite the economic crisis, or maybe because of it, it is the best moment to buy a residential property.
