Prelios SGR has announced that its Retail and Entertainment property fund has sold to a classified institutional investor an important trophy building located in the Rome city centre, between Via del Tritone and Via Due Macelli. The property will undergo building renovation to be completed by mid 2015. The building comprises around 17,500 sqm of GLA on seven floors (six floors are dedicated to retail units and one floor to catering) and is destined to become the main Rinascente department store in Rome.
