Despite the overall negative trend of office prices, Milan alone in Italy shows a marginally positive increase in sale prices. The data released by Scenari Immobiliari on the average sale prices in retail in July indicate a 0.9% drop. On the other hand the capital of Lombardy features a 0.1% increase in prices on an annual basis, followed by Rome, where offices are stuck at the prices of 2011 (0,0%). Venice and Como are at the third place of the ranking.
